KMFA’s host of Saturday Matinee, KMFA by Request, and Manager of Education and Outreach, Guillermo Delgado, is a Texas native who received his bachelor of music in voice performance from Stephen F. Austin State University and his master's degree from the University of Oklahoma. As a young tenor, he sang lead roles in operas such as Puccini’s Gianni Schicchi, Mozart’s Così fan tutte and The Magic Flute, and Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin.

After singing and teaching voice in the greater Houston area, he moved to Austin to teach elementary music in Cedar Park, where he was named Harmony Science Academy’s Teacher of the Year in 2022.

He has performed in concerts with the Temple Symphony Orchestra and the Georgetown Festival of the Arts. He now sings frequently with Inversion Ensemble, Panoramic Voices, Austin Cantorum, and St. Teresa’s Catholic Church here in Austin.

As Manager of Education and Outreach, Guillermo manages KMFA’s Kids on Key program, coordinates their internship program, and hosts Guillermo's Classical Trivia Nights every second Tuesday at Brewtorium Brewery and Kitchen.

Outside of radio, Guillermo enjoys podcasts, improv comedy, writing music, collecting guitars, rooting for the Buffalo Bills (Go Bills!), and seeing live music.
