Bequests & Planned Gifts - Classical Forever

Your Legacy of Generosity for KMFA

So much has changed in the years since KMFA first began. In many ways, KMFA has grown up. KMFA has become a permanent and positive presence in the lives of so many in our community.

While KMFA continues to depend on regular annual membership contributions from supporters, especially new generations of listeners, our future success will also depend on special gifts from long-time friends who want to help KMFA flourish and keep Austin Classical Forever.

One of the many ways that friends can choose to express their deep commitment to classical radio in Central Texas is by making a planned gift to KMFA.

A planned gift is one that considers the specific financial goals and tax circumstances of a particular donor. Listed below are a number of the most common types of planned gifts.

Ways to Give

Wills, life insurance, and retirement accounts provide excellent ways for you to sustain KMFA for the future, enabling you to make a larger impact than might otherwise be possible. Estate planning is accessible to almost anyone, regardless of their financial circumstances. By adding language to your will or by naming KMFA as the beneficiary of your life insurance policy or retirement plan, you can ensure that your funds are sustaining and shaping KMFA for future listeners.

Please consult your professional advisors for guidance on how planned giving programs may help you fulfill your philanthropic wishes. Your legal counsel will ensure you have the proper legal statement of how you wish your possessions to be distributed.
