Austin’s hottest tradition is back! The Austin Chronicle 35th Annual Hot Sauce Festival Presented by EastVillage returns to The Far Out Lounge and Stage on Sunday, September 7, from 3-9 pm.

Get ready to sample dozens of tasty hot sauces and spicy goods, enjoy live music, sip cold drinks, and dig into local eats – all while supporting the Central Texas Food Bank!

Don’t miss the fiery showdown as we present awards for the festival’s friendly Hot Sauce Competition during the event, with top places for commercial bottlers, local restaurants, and bold, individual creations.

Get in on the action by sampling and voting for your favorite on-site hot sauce vendors in the People’s Choice Awards! People’s Choice voting will be held inside the Far Out Lounge & Stage. Voting closes at 7pm sharp.

This year’s hot sauce lineup includes: ATX Hot Sauce, Aunt May's, Barbaro Mojo, Bindu Bites, Boerne Brand, Cowboy Spice Company, Fantastic Fuego, Freaky Ferments, Fxcking Hot Sauces, High Seas Provisions, Hill Country Hot Peppers, Jaime’s Spanish Village, Klowns On Fire Gourmet Sauces, Mad Man Sauces, Mikey V's Foods, Old Bones Chilli Co., Savir Foods, Schlotzsky's, St. Blanes Hot Sauce, Stanky Sauce, Summer Camp Sauces, T0tsauce, Teardrop Pepper Co., Wicked Provisions, and Yellowbird Foods.
