Contest Rules:

HOW TO ENTER: No purchase or pledge necessary. Entries may be made on the by completing the registration form before 11:59 p.m. on that same day.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone 18 years of age or older can enter except employees of KMFA Classical 89.5 Radio and its related organizations, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. Void where prohibited by law.

PRIZE: One pair of tickets to listed performance on the specific day of the 12 days of Giveaways. Total value of prize package varies depending on performance and seat placement.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: One winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible registrants. Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If the winner does not respond within 24 hours, another winner will be randomly chosen.  The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.

GENERAL: By participating in KMFA's 12 Days of Giveaways contest, participants agree to the Official Rules, and that KMFA Classical 89.5, its agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the give-away. Prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize. KMFA Classical 89.5 may use winner’s name for publicity purposes without further compensation.
