Now that the weather is warming up, the memory of February’s big freeze may be starting to fade. However, some musicians are still dealing with the effect the cold had on their instruments and their livelihoods in the “pre-post pandemic” period. Still, the subject of this extended version of Staccato, Daniel Chrisman, will be playing his bassoon in an upcoming concert with the Austin Symphony.
