On today's show, we'll learn about UT Landmarks' exciting new concert series Songs in the Skyspace from Landmarks Deputy Director Kathleen Brady Stimpert. We'll also hear from Samantha Levine, Marketing Director of the Austin Film Fesitval, who will let us know about this year's festival which will include screenings of Pipe Dreams, a documentary about an international pipe organ competition. Finally, we'll hear from Ryan Heller, Artistic Director of Chorus Austin, regarding the upcoming concert of The Book of Rounds in conjunction with October Project.

KMFA's Dianne Donovan will introduce the film Pipe Dreams by Stacey Tenenbaum. The film follows three young organists competing in the Canada International Organ Competition. Listen to Dianne's interview with filmmaker Stacey Tenenbaum here

There will be a second screening of Pipe Dreams on Wednesday, October 30 at 5:45 p.m. at the Long Center's Rollins Theatre.

*KMFA will take part in the film festival on Sunday, October 27 from noon to 2:00 p.m., interviewing composers and filmakers at the AFF tent (outside the Driskill Hotel).
