Join us for Uncork the Cape, an intimate exploration of South African wine, flavor, and storytelling. Dianne Donovan and the experts from Cape Bottle Room will guide you through five exquisite wines from Cape’s cellar—each hand‑picked for its character, heritage, and terroir.

These fine wines will be paired with thoughtfully curated cheeses and regional cured meats, bringing together bold flavors, lush textures, and culinary traditions that tell the story of a remarkable place.

Whether you’re a seasoned wine lover or new to this world, Uncork the Cape offers a warm, engaging atmosphere to connect, learn, and delight in every sip and bite.

General admission tickets are $85.00 and inclusive of tax and gratuity. Seating is limited to ensure an intimate experience.

  • Graham Beck Blanc de Blanc - South Africa’s premier Cap Classique with vibrant peach notes balanced by a hint of toasted brioche.
  • Beaumont Chenin Blanc - A refined expression of South African Chenin Blanc—lively citrus and pear underscored by elegant minerality.
  • Badenhorst Ramnasgras Cinsault - Strawberry and spiced raspberry, with dry, bold, and balanced tannins. A perfect food wine.
  • Beeslaar Pinotage - South Africa’s iconic Pinotage, with cranberry and raspberry layered over tobacco and spice.
  • Owner’s Selection - A special pour chosen exclusively for this evening’s tasting.
